Job Role:
Relationship Manager - Home Loans

Location:
Ahmedabad (Bopal, South Bopal, Nikol, Nikol Naroda Road, Navrangpura, C.G. Road), Vadodara (Jetalpur, Waghodia Road)

Job Responsibility:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products
Generate leads through real estate developers, agents, referrals, and multiple channels
Identify prospective customers, assess financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions
Conduct direct sales activities including client meetings, property site visits, and networking events
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process and maintain service quality standards

Qualification:
Any Graduate degree (full-time) from recognized university
Minimum 1 year experience in sales or related field
Strong understanding of housing finance and customer acquisition preferred

Skills:
Passion for sales with proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Lead generation and conversion expertise
Real estate market knowledge and networking capabilities

Salary:
INR 2.75-4 Lakhs Per Annum (Range: 2.85-4 Lakhs based on experience)
